What to do when I have water damage in my home

If you have pipes break in your home in Dallas, TX it is important to act fast and get help. Here are some steps of the process.

1. Contact SERVPRO of Northeast Dallas immediately to start the remediation process. In most situations, extracting the water will be the first step.

2. Once all of the water is removed, we will begin to place drying equipment throughout the affected area.

3. We will then monitor the drying process daily until it is dry. Once the drying is complete, the equipment can be removed.

4. Make sure to take lots of pictures along the way for the insurance company.
